About Me

Do you believe that love should characterize your life but find yourself in difficult relationships and stubborn conflicts? Then you have come to the right place. Welcome!

I am a professional Mediator and Conflict Resolution Practitioner. I am the author of Peace Catalysts: Resolving Conflict in Our Families, Organizations and Communities. I also serve as President of Peace Catalyst International, an organization focused on peacemaking between Christians and Muslims.

My 20 years experience as a CEO has equipped me to resolve workplace conflict. As an ordained minister with over 15 years of pastoral experience and five theological degrees, I know a lot about church conflict.

I have lived in Indonesia and England and traveled extensively. I have a Ph.D. in Intercultural studies and have consulted and lectured in over 40 countries. So I have gained much practical wisdom in resolving Intercultural and Interreligious conflict.
