I am President of Peace Catalyst International, an organization devoted to peacemaking. I help people develop skills to mend relationships, increase harmony, and decrease alienation.

I love teaching about conflict resolution and enjoy coaching organizations in peacemaking. I willingly serve as a mediator between individuals in conflict. I am passionate about breaking down barriers between social groups in conflict (such as Muslims and Christians).

I am a leader, a scholar, and a global citizen, having lived in Indonesia and England and traveled extensively. I coach leaders in personal and organizational issues. I consult about Christian-Muslim relations and about communication in an interconnected, multicultural world.

This website focuses on conflict resolution, mediation, leadership, intercultural communication, and the impact of globalization. My goal is to share relevant, valuable content that will help you develop peacemaking practices in all spheres of life. Learning how to resolve conflict and promote peace will benefit you and your organization.

I conducted postdoctoral study in peacemaking at the Yale University Center for Faith and Culture. I have written two books on the topic of peacemaking, as well as numerous articles. I am almost finished with my third book on peacemaking, which should be coming out in 2013. To ensure you don’t miss any of my posts, subscribe via RSS or e-mail.
